Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival 2026: 5 Host Restaurants from Palm Beach to Jupiter

The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival does not happen in one dining room—or even one town. Its Dec. 10–13, 2026 schedule stretches from resort restaurants on Palm Beach island to chef-driven destinations in Lake Park and Jupiter. That geography is part of the fun: one ticket can introduce you to a restaurant worth returning to when the guest chefs, wine pairings and festival crowds are gone.
These five hosts form a northbound dining trail. Florie’s, HMF and Meat Market are on Palm Beach; SeaHawk Prime sits farther north in Lake Park; and Arthur & Sons brings the weekend into Jupiter. Here is what each contributes to the festival and how to think about a regular reservation later.
For festival dates and planning details, visit the official Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival site and review the festival schedule.
Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco, Palm Beach
Florie’s opens its festival role Thursday, Dec. 10 with a five-course dinner featuring Terlato wines. The restaurant is inside Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, where chef Mauro Colagreco’s partnership gives the menu a Mediterranean point of view shaped by live-fire cooking and Florida produce. Colagreco, whose Mirazur in France holds three MICHELIN Stars, also leads the festival’s Saturday cooking event.
A normal Florie’s reservation offers more flexibility than the set festival dinner. It is the choice here for a polished resort evening, particularly if the table wants seafood, vegetables and wood-fired flavors alongside the celebratory setting. Allow time for the full experience rather than treating it as a stop between events.
HMF at The Breakers, Palm Beach
HMF hosts Friday afternoon’s HMF Social, a walk-around tasting beginning at 3 p.m. The room is The Breakers’ interpretation of old-world cocktail culture, pairing drinks with a broad menu of shareable plates. That format naturally fits a festival social: guests can graze, compare pours and move through the room without committing to a traditional sequence of courses.
Outside festival week, HMF is the most flexible Palm Beach option in this group. It works for cocktails and a few plates, but it can also become dinner if the table keeps ordering. That makes it useful for mixed groups whose appetites and schedules do not line up perfectly.
Meat Market, Palm Beach
Meat Market hosts Friday’s Lunch With Friends, a four-course seated lunch with wines from Chris Carpenter. Its Bradley Place dining room gives the classic steakhouse a contemporary finish, building the menu around prime cuts while leaving room for seafood, starters and composed sides.
Choose Meat Market when the goal is a true steakhouse occasion rather than a quick festival-week meal. The event is a daytime showcase, but an ordinary evening reservation delivers the restaurant’s full pace: cocktails, a substantial main course and a wine list designed for the table to linger.
SeaHawk Prime by David Burke, Lake Park
SeaHawk Prime hosts An Evening With David Burke & Friends on Friday at 7 p.m. The walk-around format highlights Burke’s playful, chef-driven approach rather than presenting a conventional steak dinner course by course. Lake Park is north of Palm Beach, so this is a distinct destination—not an island restaurant—and guests should build travel time into Friday plans.
On a regular night, SeaHawk Prime is for diners who want personality with their surf and turf. It is less traditional than Meat Market and a strong fit for a group interested in a recognizable chef’s style as much as a particular cut of beef.
Arthur & Sons NY Italian, Jupiter
Arthur & Sons hosts Saturday’s Disco Brunch, a four-course seated event beginning at noon. The theme matches the restaurant’s energetic take on Italian-American dining: familiar red-sauce comfort, generous flavors and a room that does not treat fun as the enemy of a serious meal.
Jupiter is the northern end of this five-stop trail. Save Arthur & Sons for a separate outing instead of trying to pair it with an island event on a tight clock. Beyond festival weekend, it makes sense for a lively group dinner or a weekend meal where classic Italian-American dishes are the main attraction.
Turn the festival map into a dining list
The practical move is to choose events by location as well as menu. Palm Beach’s three hosts can anchor an island stay, while SeaHawk Prime and Arthur & Sons reward a dedicated trip north. Tickets, prices and lineups can change, so confirm the festival schedule before booking. If an event sells out, a standard reservation at its host still offers a taste of the place—and a reason to explore more of Palm Beach County after the festival ends.
