Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival 2026: Saturday from Brunch to the Night Events

Saturday, Dec. 12 has the widest range of formats on the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival schedule. There are children’s sessions, a wine masterclass, a chef cooking event and three seated brunch choices before the evening divides among Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach. The schedule is full, but it does not describe four brunches—and it works best when guests stop trying to turn every listing into a meal.
Start by choosing one substantial daytime event. Then let its location guide the evening. That keeps the day focused and leaves enough appetite for the ticket that matters most.
For festival dates and planning details, visit the official Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival site and review the festival schedule.
Three seated brunches, three different moods
Brennan’s Pop-Up at Pistache French Bistro runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in downtown West Palm Beach. The four-course format brings a New Orleans brunch identity into Pistache’s French-bistro room. This is the best geographic pairing with A Night at The Ben later, because both keep the day centered downtown.
Coolinary’s four-course brunch begins at 11 a.m. in Palm Beach Gardens with Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. It is the natural daytime match for Maneet’s Bollywood Experience at Ela or Bubbles & Bites at PGA National. The restaurant’s locally minded menu and neighborhood setting make the Champagne component feel celebratory without requiring a resort move.
Arthur & Sons begins its Disco Brunch at noon in Jupiter. Expect the most energetic and Italian-American option of the three. Because Jupiter is farther north, give this brunch its own space and resist racing south for another afternoon event. It can still precede a Palm Beach Gardens evening if the schedule includes a generous travel break.
Classes and tastings are not interchangeable with brunch
Saturday morning also includes Kids Kitchen at Four Seasons Resort, while Master Taste offers a guided tasting of six wines at 11 a.m. Cooking with Mauro is a chef-led event with light bites rather than a fourth seated brunch. Each can be a worthwhile centerpiece, but the food volume and audience differ.
A wine class followed immediately by a paired brunch may be too much for some guests. A family session followed by a late lunch can make sense. Read the current ticket description before assuming that “light bites,” a tasting and a four-course meal will fill the same role.
Palm Beach Gardens evening: choose Ela or PGA National
Maneet’s Bollywood Experience at Ela Curry & Cocktails begins at 7 p.m. as a walk-around tasting with Revana Vineyards wines. Ela’s focus on regional Indian cooking, street-food ideas and cocktails gives the event a vivid culinary center. Guests coming from Coolinary should use the afternoon as a break, not add another dinner.
Bubbles & Bites at PGA National also starts at 7 p.m. and brings a yacht-rock theme to the resort. It is another food-and-drink event, so treat it as the evening meal unless the final event description says otherwise. Choose between Ela and PGA National; their matching start times remove any realistic case for attempting both.
Downtown evening: A Night at The Ben
A Night at The Ben places its winter-wonderland event in West Palm Beach. Pairing it with Brennan’s at Pistache creates the cleanest downtown itinerary, with a long afternoon gap between two ticketed experiences. Palm Beach Meats can be a separate festival-week stop for Wagyu and butcher-shop browsing, but a full dinner there before The Ben would overload a day that already includes brunch and an evening event.
That distinction matters: Palm Beach Meats is a nearby restaurant and market, not a Saturday festival host. Save it for lunch on a different day when its approachable Wagyu menu can be the point rather than a hurried pre-party stop.
Build Saturday around distance and appetite
The simplest combinations are Pistache plus The Ben, Coolinary plus Ela, or Coolinary plus PGA National. Arthur & Sons works best as a standalone northern brunch followed by downtime. Whichever route wins, confirm current start times, ticket formats and prices before December. Saturday offers plenty; the art is leaving enough room to enjoy what you booked.
