Trying to collect them all turns a food festival into a transportation exercise. A better Friday has one substantial daytime event, a pause, and one evening destination. Here are the routes that make the schedule feel generous rather than crowded.

Route one: Meat Market, then Palm Beach or West Palm Beach

Lunch With Friends at Meat Market begins at noon on Palm Beach. The four-course meal features wines from Chris Carpenter, so it should be treated as the day’s primary meal. Meat Market’s contemporary steakhouse menu makes the pairing a natural fit, but it also means guests should not plan another full meal immediately afterward.

HMF Social begins at 3 p.m. at The Breakers. The timing is possible, but moving directly from a four-course lunch to a walk-around tasting is an ambitious amount of food and wine. Choose HMF as the afternoon centerpiece only if you are comfortable sampling selectively. Otherwise, use the interval for a walk, coffee or rest before the evening.

For a West Palm Beach night, continue to the Festival Kick-Off Party at The Belgrove at 7 p.m. It is a walk-around event rather than a conventional dinner reservation, so the Meat Market lunch provides a useful foundation. Leave enough time to cross the bridge and account for Friday traffic.

Route two: Café Chardonnay, then a north-county evening

Café Chardonnay’s four-course lunch with Greg Brewer also starts at noon in Palm Beach Gardens. This route makes geographic sense for guests staying north or attending SeaHawk Prime later. Café Chardonnay supplies a slower fine-dining start; the long gap before 7 p.m. gives the group time to reset before heading to Lake Park.

An Evening With David Burke & Friends at SeaHawk Prime is a walk-around tasting built around Burke’s cooking. Since the event includes food, do not wedge an early dinner between the lunch and the tasting. A break is more valuable than another reservation.

HMF Social as the day’s anchor

HMF Social runs at 3 p.m. inside The Breakers. For guests skipping both noon lunches, it can become Friday’s central daytime event. HMF’s shareable-plate and cocktail identity suits the walk-around format, and starting the day later leaves more appetite for the afternoon.

From there, decide between The Belgrove and SeaHawk Prime based on location. The Belgrove keeps the night in West Palm Beach; SeaHawk requires a northbound drive to Lake Park. Neither route benefits from returning to Palm Beach Gardens in between.

The Chef After Party is not a general ticket option

The festival schedule lists the Chef After Party at Pink Steak at 10:30 p.m. and marks it invitation only. That distinction should shape the plan: do not build Friday around gaining entry at the door. Guests with invitations can treat it as the final stop after The Belgrove or another evening event, while everyone else should choose a regular nightcap or call the night complete.
