Limani Grille is approaching its Boca Raton debut

Limani Grille is preparing to open at Town Center at Boca Raton this fall, bringing a seafood-focused Greek restaurant to 6000 Glades Road. The arrival will mark the concept's first Florida location and add a new full-service Mediterranean option near the mall's main entrance.

Boca Raton diners have been waiting for this one. Limani Grille was announced nearly three years ago and was originally expected in spring 2024, but construction delays moved the project beyond that early target. The restaurant is now being presented as a fall 2026 opening, although an exact opening day has not been announced publicly. That makes the current status straightforward: the restaurant is coming soon, and the final countdown is underway.

Fresh seafood takes the lead

The central idea is Mediterranean seafood prepared with a distinctly Greek point of view. Limani Grille plans to feature a rotating selection of fresh fish and seafood, grilled over charcoal in the Greek tradition. The approach keeps the focus on the catch itself while using fire and careful sourcing to define the meal.

Ingredients are expected to come from both local producers and fishers and farmers across the Mediterranean. Town Center's official listing points to first-pressed olive oil from the Peloponnese, local organic vegetables, capers from Santorini and saffron from Kozani as examples of the pantry behind the concept. Together, those ingredients place the restaurant within a broader Mediterranean style rather than limiting it to a single signature dish.

That sourcing story also gives diners a useful sense of what Limani Grille wants to be: a restaurant where seafood anchors the table, vegetables and Greek pantry staples carry real weight, and charcoal grilling supplies the through line. The mall currently lists service for lunch, dinner and dessert, giving the restaurant the potential to work for both a midday meal and a longer evening out.

An Aegean-inspired room and expansive patio

The Boca Raton location is designed to extend the coastal theme beyond the menu. Boca Magazine describes a vibrant interior inspired by the Aegean coast, along with an expansive patio. That combination should give guests two distinct ways to experience the restaurant: inside a room shaped around its Mediterranean identity or outdoors in a setting well suited to South Florida.

Its position near Town Center's main entrance also matters. Limani Grille will not be tucked into a food-court format; it is being introduced as a destination restaurant within the shopping center's growing sit-down dining lineup. The patio, seafood program and polished coastal design all point toward a meal planned around the restaurant itself, whether it begins before shopping or becomes the reason for the visit.

What to know before it opens

Limani Grille will be located at 6000 Glades Road, Suite 1016C, in Boca Raton. Town Center continues to list the restaurant as coming soon, while the latest local reporting identifies fall 2026 as the opening window. Final hours, the complete Boca Raton menu and a specific opening date have not yet been released.

For now, the clearest preview is also the most appealing one: fresh seafood sourced locally and from the Mediterranean, grilled over charcoal, served in an Aegean-inspired dining room with room to linger on the patio. After a longer wait than first expected, Limani Grille is nearing its Florida debut with a concept that feels naturally matched to Boca Raton's appetite for polished coastal dining.
