FELICE Plans Handmade Pasta and Tuscan Wine for Boca Raton

FELICE is preparing its third Florida location at Town Center at Boca Raton, giving local diners a forthcoming restaurant built around handmade pasta, Tuscan hospitality and estate wines. The Boca Raton opening will follow locations in West Palm Beach and Brickell, although an exact opening date has not been announced.
The restaurant is in development at 6000 Glades Road, Suite 1016D. Its combination of pasta and wine provides the clearest reason to follow its progress, while the established restaurant group behind it adds useful context for what is coming to the shopping center.
Handmade pasta and estate wine define the concept
FELICE is a family-owned, Tuscan-inspired restaurant group. Handmade pasta is central to its identity, joined by a wine program that includes bottles from Fattoria Sardi, the family’s organic Tuscan vineyard.
That direct family connection distinguishes the wine program. Rather than treating Italian wine as a broad supporting category, FELICE incorporates estate wines connected to the same family behind the restaurant group. Together, the pasta, vineyard and focus on Tuscan hospitality give the Boca Raton location a clearly defined foundation before its full menu or opening timeline has been released.
An established restaurant family is behind the expansion
Restaurateur Jacopo Giustiniani founded FELICE on Manhattan’s Upper East Side in 2007. The brand is part of SA Hospitality Group, which is also behind Sant Ambroeus and Casa Lever.
That relationship does not make the concepts interchangeable, but it places FELICE within a restaurant group with multiple established names. FELICE maintains its own focus on Tuscan inspiration, handmade pasta and wines from Fattoria Sardi.
The planned Boca Raton restaurant also continues FELICE’s Florida expansion. West Palm Beach and Brickell came first, and the Town Center location is intended to become the group’s third restaurant in the state.
The current opening status
For now, FELICE remains in development at Town Center at Boca Raton. No exact debut date has been announced, so diners should not make immediate meal plans around the restaurant yet.
The practical takeaway is straightforward: expect a Tuscan-inspired pasta-and-wine concept backed by the restaurant group behind Sant Ambroeus and Casa Lever, but wait for a confirmed opening date before planning a visit to the Boca Raton location.
