Bicyclette Cookshop gives North Naples diners a flexible way to explore New American cooking, whether the plan calls for lunch, afternoon shareables or a full dinner. Open daily at 819 Vanderbilt Beach Road in the Pavilion Shopping Center, the restaurant builds its menu around small plates, shareables and mains made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Its inclusion among the MICHELIN Guide’s Naples restaurants adds another reason to consider it for a local dining plan. The kitchen also has notable leadership: chef and owner Kayla Pfeiffer was a 2025 James Beard Emerging Chef semifinalist and is a Food Network Chopped champion.
A menu designed for different approaches
Bicyclette Cookshop describes its cuisine as New American, with inspiration drawn from global culinary traditions. Rather than limiting diners to one format, the menu spans small plates, shareables and mains.
That structure makes the restaurant useful for several occasions. A table can focus on smaller selections, combine shareables with mains or stop in for afternoon snacks rather than committing to a conventional dinner. Because lunch, afternoon snacks and shareables, and dinner are all served daily, the timing can follow the meal instead of the other way around.
Seasonal and locally sourced ingredients provide the menu’s connection to Florida, while the global influences give the kitchen room to work beyond a single culinary tradition. The result is a format suited to diners who want variety at the table.
Kayla Pfeiffer leads the kitchen
Pfeiffer’s 2025 James Beard Emerging Chef semifinalist recognition gives Bicyclette Cookshop a clear place in the current conversation about Naples dining. Her earlier win on Food Network’s Chopped adds another established credential.
She owns and leads Bicyclette Cookshop alongside chef de cuisine Kelly Zielinski. Pfeiffer is also the chef and owner of Thank You Kindly in Naples, connecting Bicyclette Cookshop to another restaurant under her leadership in the same city.
An established stop in the Pavilion Shopping Center
Bicyclette Cookshop opened on November 15, 2023, and is currently open in the Pavilion Shopping Center. Its shopping-center location and all-day progression from lunch through dinner make it practical to include in a North Naples itinerary without narrowing the visit to one service period.
For the most flexible experience, choose the time first: lunch for a daytime meal, the afternoon service for snacks and shareables, or dinner when the table wants access to the restaurant’s full small-plate, shareable and main-course structure.
