6 Singer Island Restaurants to Try During Flavor South Florida 2026

A month of Singer Island dining
Flavor South Florida returns September 1 through 30, 2026, giving you a full month to explore prix fixe menus across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. Singer Island contributes six distinct restaurants to this year's lineup, and the range is unusually broad for such a compact stretch of coastline: modern Indian cooking, marina-side steaks and seafood, playful beach dining, Mediterranean-influenced coastal cuisine, wellness-minded plates and a brand-new neighborhood restaurant.
Five participants have announced their Flavor dinner prices, from $55 to $75, while Ocean Ave Bar & Kitchen's Flavor menu is still marked as coming soon. That makes this less a ranked list than a choose-your-own itinerary. Pick the kitchen and setting that fit the evening, then confirm the current menu and availability with the restaurant before you go.
AYRE by Karma: modern Indian cooking by the ocean
AYRE by Karma gives the Singer Island group its most distinctive culinary lane. Inside Amrit Ocean Resort, executive chef Asif Syed draws on the traditions and fragrant spices of Mughlai cuisine while using a contemporary, coastal frame. His current repertoire includes live-fire dishes such as smoky branzino, lamb chops, tandoori chicken and mango shrimp. The open kitchen and elevated oceanfront terrace make the cooking part of the room's energy rather than something hidden backstage.
AYRE's Flavor dinner is listed at $55 to $65. It is the natural pick when you want the promotion to feel like a discovery rather than a discounted version of a familiar steak-and-seafood night.
Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill: dinner at the marina
Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill anchors the Intracoastal side of the island at the reimagined Buccaneer Marina in Palm Beach Shores. Chef Paul Niedermann leads a seasonal coastal menu built around locally sourced seafood, hand-cut steaks, inventive small plates and cocktails. The dockside sun deck and marina views give the meal a different rhythm from the Atlantic-facing resort restaurants farther north.
The $65 Flavor dinner offers a reason to see how this longtime waterfront address has entered its next chapter. Choose Buccaneer when sunset, boats and a relaxed marina atmosphere matter as much as what lands on the plate.
Caretta Caretta: a playful beachside dinner
Caretta Caretta is the signature restaurant at The Singer Oceanfront Resort. Named for the loggerhead sea turtles found along Florida's coast, it serves Coastal New American cooking in a setting designed around pool and ocean views. Fresh seafood and local ingredients meet American flavors and broader global influences, while tropical cocktails and shareable plates keep the experience easygoing.
Its Flavor dinner is $55, the lowest fixed dinner price announced among the Singer Island participants. Caretta Caretta fits an unfussy resort evening: start near the beach, settle in for dinner and let the setting do some of the work without turning the meal into a formal occasion.
ONA Coastal Cuisine: Mediterranean notes and Atlantic views
ONA Coastal Cuisine sits inside Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa and is open to the public. The restaurant approaches contemporary coastal food with fresh local ingredients and subtle Mediterranean influences. Warm colors, driftwood accents and woven textures carry the theme through the dining room, while the patio opens the experience toward the ocean. Restaurant patrons also receive complimentary valet parking.
ONA's Flavor dinner is listed at $65. This is the choice for diners who want a polished oceanfront room, a seafood-friendly menu and the convenience of a full-service resort restaurant without needing to be an overnight guest.
TULĀ: wellness-minded dining at Amrit
TULĀ, Amrit Ocean Resort's signature oceanfront restaurant, takes its name from the Sanskrit word for balance. That idea guides a health-forward menu built with seasonal ingredients, clean proteins, vibrant produce and nutrient-dense additions, sourced locally when possible. The approach is mindful without abandoning the pleasures of a sunset dinner, and the restaurant pairs its farm-to-table outlook with broad Atlantic views.
At $75, TULĀ has the highest announced Flavor dinner price in the Singer Island group. It makes the strongest case for a celebratory or leisurely evening, particularly for diners drawn to plant-forward choices, carefully composed coastal dishes and a dining room where wellness is part of the concept rather than an afterthought.
Ocean Ave Bar & Kitchen: the newest name in the lineup
Ocean Ave Bar & Kitchen is the newcomer of the six, located at 2551 North Ocean Avenue. Its official site introduces a neighborhood bar-and-kitchen format with wine, cocktails and live music, while its current ordering page calls it Singer Island's new beachfront dining destination. It gives the promotion a useful counterpoint to the island's hotel and resort restaurants.
The Flavor graphic lists Ocean Ave's menu as coming soon, so no prix fixe price should be assumed yet. Keep it on the shortlist and check the event or restaurant site closer to September for the final offer. The restaurant itself is already open; it is the special Flavor menu that remains forthcoming.
How to plan your Flavor month
Because these six restaurants sit close together but offer sharply different experiences, Singer Island is well suited to more than one Flavor outing. AYRE brings modern Indian spice and live-fire cooking; Buccaneer supplies marina atmosphere; Caretta Caretta and ONA offer two interpretations of coastal resort dining; TULĀ connects dinner with Amrit's wellness philosophy; and Ocean Ave adds a fresh neighborhood option.
Flavor South Florida runs for all of September, so there is room to compare rather than choose just once. Review each restaurant's posted Flavor menu, serving days and reservation details before leaving home, especially for Ocean Ave while its offer is pending. Then use the month as intended: a reason to try a dining room you have passed, revisit a favorite, or see just how many ways one island can cook beside the water.
